Rahul Sharma

Director – Highways & Construction Management

Mr. Rahul Sharma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Jaypee University. Coming from a strong business family, he developed deep insights into management and relationship-building early in life.

He began his professional journey at Shri Balaji Construction Company, where he contributed significantly to planning, execution, and technical design for major projects across Rajasthan. Over the last decade, he has been involved in detailed technical studies, DPR formulation, and project feasibility assessments.

Mr. Sharma holds a 15-day Road Safety Audit certification from IIT Roorkee. He has also completed mandatory training on DPR and feasibility studies for highway projects from IAHE, New Delhi—mandated by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).

Currently, he serves as the Full-Time Director at C and E Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where he supervises business development, provides technical leadership to DPR teams, and guides complex highway and bridge design projects. Renowned for his strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving, he is instrumental in shaping the company’s future in the infrastructure sector.
