Mr. Shaman Chauhan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from SRM Institute, Chennai, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Jaypee University. His career began in 2014 with positions at HPSEBL, the Department of Science & Technology, and the Himachal Pradesh State Wetland Authority.

He is also certified in ISO 17025:2017 for Management System Documentation and Internal Auditing, strengthening his expertise in quality assurance and system management.

In 2018, he co-founded C and E Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where he has played a pivotal role in managing Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Management Plans (EMP), compliance monitoring, and environmental planning & evaluation. With over 9 years of experience, he specializes in planning, managing, and evaluating environmental impacts, particularly in the water and construction sectors.

Mr. Chauhan is also enlisted as a Class ‘A’ Professional with the Town and Country Planning Department, Shimla. As a full-time director, he oversees project execution, ensuring timely delivery, technical excellence, and high client satisfaction across water supply design, sewerage systems, and environmental projects.
